Syed Asim Hussain founded Black Sheep Restaurants in 2012 and became the world's youngest restaurateur to hold two MICHELIN Stars in 2018. He co-authored the team's COVID-19 Playbook in 2020 and was recognised by Tatler Asia on Asia’s Most Influential List and named to the Foreign Minister's Honours List for Young Overseas Pakistani Leaders in 2021. He accepted a role as a guest lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and was added to Prestige Hong Kong's 40 Under 40 List in 2022. In 2023, he was appointed to the Inaugural Advisory Board of SevenRooms, the world's leading hospitality management platform.
