Fei received her Master of Architecture at The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Bachelor Degree in Architectural Studies at The University of Hong Kong. Fei is a Licensed Architect in the US, she has worked on projects of various scales in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Mainland China, Macau and Thailand. She served at different committee chair positions at the American institute of Architects (HK chapter) in between 2021 - 2023. Besides attending reviews as guest critic at various Universities in Hong Kong. In 2022, Fei served as a curator for the 2022 Hong Kong Shenzhen Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism \ Architecture (Hong Kong).
